We are currently planning for a fully in-person event in Fukuoka, Japan with no virtual access.

The event is scheduled to finish at 5:45 PM on the 13th May. We recommend arranging flights from 8 PM onwards

PRISM events are designed to cultivate an intimate and engaging atmosphere. To maintain this unique experience our PRISM 2026 Fukuoka event carries a registration fee of USD $350 payable as part of the registration process. Registration is only complete if payment has been made online. All major credit cards are accepted. The registration fee includes the following:

• Event entry

• Two nights’ accommodation (single occupancy) at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka from Monday 11 May to Wednesday 13 May

• Breakfast and Lunch for both event days, a welcome reception on 11 May and dinner on 12 May 

However, attendees must pay for their own travel.

The registration fee is non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend we are happy for you to send a colleague instead. Please let us know as early as possible if you aren’t able to attend and will send a replacement. Please email events@pacb.com.

Registration transfers are considered on a case-by-case basis, as registrations are linked to specific email addresses. To request a transfer, please contact us at events@pacb.com, and we will review your request.

Food and refreshments will be provided throughout the day. Please let us know during registration using the options within the form if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions and we will ensure you are catered for.

The closest airport to the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka is Fukuoka International Airport (FUK), which is only a 20 minute drive.

Due to guests arriving at different times on the 11th May, we recommend that you arrange a taxi to the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka. However, we will have multiple transfer options available for those arriving on 11 May and leaving for the airport on the 13 May (subject to availability).

Citizens from countries like Japan's visa-exempt list can enter Japan visa-free for short stays lasting less than 90 days. While citizens of other countries (e.g. china, India, Vietnam, Philippines etc.) will require a visa. Please check your local official government website for further information.

For any upgrades or adjustments to your stay, please contact the hotel directly after registering, and they will be happy to assist. The additional costs will be covered by the registrant.

The registration fee includes two nights of single-occupancy accommodation from Monday, 11 May, to Wednesday, 13 May (covering the nights of the 11th and 12th).
