Dr. QIAO is a postdoctoral fellow at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, in Professor Dennis Lo’s laboratory. Her research focuses on cell-free DNA analysis and the development of computational methods to extract genomic and epigenomic information from high-throughput sequencing data. She is particularly interested in integrating advanced sequencing technologies, including long-read sequencing, with machine learning approaches to identify molecular signals associated with human diseases. Her work aims to advance liquid biopsy diagnostics by enabling sensitive and comprehensive molecular profiling, ultimately contributing to earlier cancer detection and precision disease monitoring.
