Dr. Sui Yue is a Research Scientist at the Genome Institute of Singapore (GIS), specializing in computational transcriptomics in the Goke Lab. She obtained her PhD in Bioinformatics from Fudan University (Shanghai) before joining GIS in 2024. Dr. Yue’s research focuses on developing computational method to construct accurate isoforms with precise start and end using 10x Genomics single-cell long-read sequencing.She aims to achieve more precise transcript discovery and quantification, contributing to the advancement of high-resolution RNA profiling. Dr. Yue is currently one of the developers of the Bambu software.
