Dr. Weng Khong Lim is an Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and Principal Scientist at the Genome Institute of Singapore. He leads bioinformatics at the SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute of Precision Medicine (PRISM) and serves as Director of Bioinformatics at the SingHealth Duke-NUS Genomic Medicine Centre. His work focuses on translating population-scale genomics into clinical impact through the integration of genomic and health data for improved diagnosis and precision care. His current interests include the application of long-read sequencing in paediatric rare disease diagnostics and the mainstreaming of genomics in healthcare systems.
