Our team will review your details and confirm if your request can be accommodated.

Each individual wanting to attend PRISM Danang needs to complete a separate request. All approvals and links to complete registration are sent to the individual's email address, so please ensure that the correct email address has been used.

We are currently planning for a fully in-person event in Danang with no virtual access.

PRISM events are designed to cultivate an intimate and engaging atmosphere. To maintain this unique experience, we thoughtfully review all requests to join, ensuring you enjoy a curated and memorable experience on the day.

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you if your request has been approved.

There is no registration fee to attend PRISM Danang. The registration includes the following:

If you are unable to attend we are happy for you to send a colleague instead. Please let us know as early as possible if you aren’t able to attend and will send a replacement. Please email apevent@pacificbiosciences.com.

Invitation transfers are considered on a case-by-case basis, as registrations are linked to specific email addresses. To request a transfer, please contact us at apevent@pacificbiosciences.com, and we will review your request.

Food and refreshments will be provided throughout the day. Please let us know during registration using the options within the form if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions and we will ensure you are catered for.

The closest airport to the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa is Danag International Airport (DAD), which is only a 25 minute drive.

Airport transportation will be provided. Please send your flight details to your PacBio representative or local distributor so that arrangements can be made. A PacBio representative will reach out to assist with coordinating your ground transportation.

Visas are required for entry into Vietnam. Vietnam grants e-visas for citizens of all countries and territories with a 90-day stay duration and valid for multiple entries. Citizens from 23 countries enjoy visa-exempt entry into Vietnam for up to 45 days. The countries are: Brunei, Myanmar, Belarus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Norway, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, The UK, The Philippines, Cambodia, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Chile, Panama. Attendees will have to apply for their own e-visas for entry into Vietnam. If an invitation letter is required, please let our PacBio representative know as well.
