Tingting holds a Ph.D. in genomics and bioinformatics from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Prior to joining PacBio, she spent over eight years at the University of California, Davis, as a postdoctoral researcher and Project Scientist. In this role, she developed strategies for integrating diverse genomic datasets, including short- and long-read sequencing, optical genome mapping, and Hi-C, to decipher complex plant genomes. Tingting is now a Field Applications Bioinformatics Scientist at PacBio, supporting customers across the APAC region.
