Dr. Woo Jun Sul is a professor in the Department of Systems Biotechnology at Chung-Ang University and is affiliated with the Department of Dermatology at Chung-Ang University Hospital. His research focuses on microbial ecology, the skin microbiome, environmental science, and metagenomics. Dr. Sul leads the Systems Microbial Ecology Laboratory, overseeing various research initiatives, including the Skin Microbiome Project and hospital-based human microbiome studies supported by the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Korea and the Korea National Institute of Health (KNIH). These projects aim to explore microbial interactions and their implications for human health and disease within clinical settings.
