We are currently planning for a fully in-person event in Barcelona with no virtual access.

The event is scheduled to finish at 4.15 PM on the 15th April. We recommend arranging flights from 6.15 PM onwards.

PRISM events are designed to cultivate an intimate and engaging atmosphere. To maintain this unique experience our PRISM 2026 Barcelona event carries a registration fee of EUR 350 payable as part of the registration process. Registration is only complete if payment has been made online. All major credit cards are accepted. The registration fee includes the following:

• Event entry

• Two nights’ accommodation (single occupancy) at the Catalonia Barcelona Plaza Hotel from Monday 13 April to Wednesday 15 April

• Lunch and breakfast for both event days, a cocktail reception on the 13 April and dinner on 14 April (dinner on arrival day is not included)

However, attendees must pay for their own travel.

The registration fee is non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend we are happy for you to send a colleague instead. Please let us know as early as possible if you aren’t able to attend and will send a replacement. Please email events@pacb.com.

Registration transfers are considered on a case-by-case basis, as registrations are linked to specific email addresses. To request a transfer, please contact us at events@pacb.com, and we will review your request.

Food and refreshments will be provided throughout the day. Please let us know during registration using the options within the form if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, and we will ensure you are catered for.

Yes, the venue is accessible; for more details, please review the venue website. For specific accessibility requests or questions, please contact events@pacb.com.

The closest airport to the Catalonia Barcelona Plaza Hotel is Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN), which is only a 15 minute drive.

Due to guests arriving at different times on the 13th April, we recommend that you arrange a taxi to the Catalonia Barcelona Plaza hotel. However, we will have multiple transfer options available for those leaving for the airport on the 15th April - departing at 16:15, 16:45, 17:15 and 17:45 (subject to availability).

Citizens from the UK, EU, and USA do not need a visa for trips to Spain lasting less than 90 days. This is due to Spain being part of the Schengen Area, which allows visa-free travel for short stays for citizens of certain countries. Please check your local official government website for further information.

For any upgrades or adjustments to your stay, please contact the hotel directly after registering, and they will be happy to assist. The additional costs will be covered by the registrant. The registration fee includes two nights of single-occupancy accommodation from Monday, 13 April, to Wednesday, 15 April (covering the nights of the 13th and 14th).

We apologise for this inconvenience. Here are a few troubleshooting tips you can try:

  • Check the billing address is correct
  • Ensure no special characters are being used
  • Have you entered the full name addressed on the card correctly

If issues persist, please contact events@pacb.com for further support. We are aware that some customers are experiencing difficulties with Amex and Mastercard; we highly recommend Visa credit cards for transactions.
