Corentin is a research engineer at INSERM U1245 specializing in RNA biology and, more recently, long-read sequencing approaches. His thesis work focused on the study of messenger RNAs and circular RNAs in cancer, enabled by novel technology developed in his laboratory. He is currently developing targeted long-read sequencing strategies to achieve a more comprehensive characterization of structural variants and accurate variant phasing. His work integrates molecular biology with advanced sequencing approaches to better understand genomic and transcriptomic complexity in cancer.
