With lots of new and exciting things coming to PRISM 2025, we’re offering two types of registration packages:

All-inclusive registration package for $650 USD that includes:

  • Full PRISM conference access to all presentations, workshops, discussions, and networking opportunities   
  • 2 nights of hotel accommodation at Boston Marriott Long Wharf 
  • Welcome reception   
  • Luncheon on both conference days  
  • Networking and social activities 

Standard registration package for $200 USD that includes:  

  • Full PRISM conference access to all presentations, workshops, discussions, and networking opportunities   
  • Welcome reception   
  • Luncheon on both conference days  
  • Networking and social activities   

The registration fee is non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, we are happy to work with you to transfer your registration to a colleague. Please let us know as early as possible if you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your registration to someone else. Please email us at events@pacb.com

Yes, we understand that the unexpected can happen. To request a transfer, please contact us at events@pacb.com, and we will review your request. 

While you are not required to stay at the event hotel, you are strongly encouraged do so to maximize your experience of the entire PRISM program. Our all-inclusive registration package includes two nights of accommodation.

If you live locally in Boston or do not need hotel accommodation, you can register for the standard registration package and still get full access to the entire PRISM program.

No, airfare travel is not included in the cost. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the event city. 

We recommend you fly to and from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), which is approximately 4 miles from Boston Marriott Long Wharf. 

Ground transportation is not included. We recommend taking an Uber, Lyft, or taxi, as appropriate, to and from the venue. 

Yes, the venue is accessible; for more details, please review Boston Marriott Long Wharf's website. For specific accessibility requests, please indicate your accessibility needs during registration in the Personal Information section and/or “Any special requests?” under the Hotel Accommodation section.
