Patrick began his career at the Broad Institute in 2010, where he focused on the development and optimization of protocols for applications such as DNA methylation detection and RNA sequencing. In 2017, he transitioned to the commercial sector at New England Biolabs, where he specialized in designing customized NGS solutions for a diverse range of clients. Patrick then advanced into field-based roles as a Field Application Scientist at both GENEWIZ and Twist Bioscience. Since 2021, he has served as a Field Application Scientist at Twist Bioscience, where he now leads a team across North and South America.
