The registration fee is non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, we are happy to work with you to transfer your registration to a colleague. Please let us know as early as possible if you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your registration to someone else. Please email us at events@pacb.com.
While you are not required to stay at the event hotel, you are strongly encouraged do so to maximize your experience of the entire PRISM program. Our all-inclusive registration package includes two nights of accommodation.
If you live locally in Boston or do not need hotel accommodation, you can register for the standard registration package and still get full access to the entire PRISM program.

For specific accessibility requests, please indicate your accessibility needs during registration in the Personal Information section and/or “Any special requests?” under the Hotel Accommodation section. Food and refreshments will be provided every day of the event. Please let us know during the registration process under “Dietary restrictions” and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
