QIAseq xHYB long read panels on the PacBio system
Targeted PacBio sequencing using QIAseq xHYB Long -Read panels provides 4-field HLA haplotyping resolution with phased reads up to 12 kb in length. Flexible long-read library construction allows for enzymatic fragmentation for ease-of-use and high-throughput applications or standard mechanical fragmentation for longer library sizes.
