He is the Head of the Medical Genetics Service at Sant Joan de Déu Hospital. He is a medical geneticist and pediatrician, with a PhD from the University of Barcelona. He holds European (ECMGG) and Spanish (AEGH) board accreditation. He researches pediatric rare diseases and has published 50+ scientific papers. He teaches in university and Master’s programs and tutors residents. He also holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from IESE.
