Jacob Brandenburg is the PacBio Segment Marketing Lead for the Plant and Animal research vertical and has been with the company for 8 years. Starting his journey as a Field Application Scientist and later as a Sequencing Application Specialist, Jake supported numerous large-scale genome projects and collaborations. With in-depth customer experience and sequencing expertise, Jake now leads business efforts and drives strategic initiatives to advance PacBio’s solutions in the plant and animal space globally. Prior to PacBio, Jake had significant experience working in genetics for a commercial agriculture company.
