End-to-end automation: shearing, ABC, and everything in between
Opentrons will highlight the protocols developed in collaboration with Psomagen and PacBio for use on the Opentrons Flex. The verified protocols enable the PacBio workflow in full; from short read elimination, shearing, library preparation, and annealing/binding/cleanup (ABC) for whole genome sequencing.
