Making the most of LR -- revolutionizing genomics analysis for precision medicine
Tertiary analysis is a critical component for the implementation of long read sequencing in the clinic. We will introduce the Geneyx Analysis platform to solve the challenge of variant interpretation and analysis in response to increased data complexity and volume. Features and use cases will be presented to demonstrate how this technology can be efficiently incorporated to aid molecular diagnosis for the benefit of patients.
