Description
The human brain is known to exhibit the greatest number of alternative splicing events compared to all other tissues. Long-read RNA-sequencing makes it possible to characterize this isoform diversity in the human brain. We utilized targeted and Kinnex single-cell long-read sequencing to examine isoform expression in neurodegenerative diseases with the goal of identifying specific isoform targets for RNA therapeutic design.
