Pamela Nicholson is the head of the genomics core facility at the University of Bern in Switzerland. This facility supports researchers from a multitude of fields with their nuclei acid extractions, library preparations covering many applications and sequencing projects using their PacBio Revio and Vega instruments. The facility has many years of experience in plant and animal WGS, as well as all applications of microbiomics.
